Rail~Volution is excited to announce the appointment of two new board members.  Michael Melaniphy is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Public Transportation Association and Steve Dotterrer has recently retired as Principal Planner for the City of Portland, Oregon. Michael Melaniphy is replacing William Millar, who has retired after many years of generous service to Rail~Volution.  Bill served on our board since our incorporation in 2001, and we are greatly honored to have had his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment.
